1. Data Collection & Privacy
Fanancials, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects certain personal and financial information you provide when creating an account or using the Platform, including but not limited to: full name, email address, self-reported income, expense data, financial goals, and usage analytics. This information is stored on secured, encrypted servers and is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit written consent.
We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research, product improvement, or reporting purposes. You retain the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@fanancials.com. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described herein.
2. User Accountability & Platform Use
By accessing Fanancials, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal financial education and planning purposes. You acknowledge that all financial data you enter is self-reported and that the Company bears no responsibility for inaccuracies resulting from user input. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems, submitting false financial information to manipulate gamification rewards, or using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable federal or state law.
Fanancials is an educational and planning tool. Nothing on this Platform constitutes personalized investment advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of financial outcomes. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make, informed or otherwise, as a result of using this Platform.
3. Platform Safety & Limitations
Fanancials employs industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, hashed credential storage, and role-based access controls. However, no system is entirely immune to unauthorized access. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and to notify us immediately at security@fanancials.com if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or posing a security risk to the Platform or its users. Fanancials is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
We Aren't Creeps
- We only collect what you give us — income, goals, spending vibes.
- Your data never gets sold to randos trying to sell you car insurance.
- Aggregated data (no names) helps us make the app less mid.
- Delete your account? We ghost your data too. No cap.
Keep It Real
- Use this for your own money goals — not scamming XP or flexing fake numbers.
- FANA is your hype coach, not a licensed financial advisor. Important difference.
- Don't try to break our AI. It's built different but it's not your lab rat.
- Your wins? Yours. Your losses? Also yours. We're here to help, not babysit.
We Got Your Back (Mostly)
- We encrypt everything. Your financial drip is locked up tight.
- If your account gets sus activity, email us — we move fast.
- Don't share your password. Not with your situationship, not with anyone.
- We can ban accounts that try to cheat the system. Don't be that person.
